  • Best in Oz was recommended to me by my leasing agent, and it's clear they have a great reputation. I contacted them just a couple of nights before I had to vacate, and despite the last-minute notice, they were more than willing to accommodate. Although I couldn’t be there to see the cleaning in person, I did receive pictures, and my bond was released before I even returned the keys! I would definitely recommend them. They were prompt, friendly, and efficient—the cleaner actually arrived early and didn’t pressure me to let him in. Even though I felt bad about the timing, he was incredibly accommodating and didn’t complain at all. He was thorough and meticulous—I’ve seen the pictures. I'm very happy with their service.
