- We have a 24-hour cancellation policy, 25% charges apply for cancellation less than 24 hours
- Client will need to authorize our cleaning to clean on premises for client
- We clean according to OH and safety Regulations, Unsafe Premises will not be serviced
- Additional services will incur additional charges. Our End of Lease cleaning in Sydney and other parts of NSW is guaranteed for 72 hours after the service is provided.
